If you're part of the Trulo Tribe, you love to travel. Excessive travel can lead to some unhealthy habits though. Staying fit while traveling can be difficult... after all, most of us love cocktails and comfort food while on the road (did I hear you say Pina Coladas?!?)  But know that it IS possible to relax, do a little indulging and keep the pounds at bay. I’ve come up with five tips to help you stay in shape while on the road, and no it does not include spending hours in the gym ;)
